Hi, kids,
I’ll be blogging a couple of times a month for Psychology Today on our favorite topic–check out my first post here. It’s interesting and a little tricky because most of the other bloggers there have PhDs, which intimidates me, because at the very least they were smart enough to figure out how to pay for grad school. I never managed to do that.
I have, however, been offering unsolicited diagnoses straight out of the DSM since adolescence (“Mom, quit being so obsessive compulsive! The world will not end if I don’t clean my room!”) and, after having dated a dozen or so in my 20s and 30s, I can identify a borderline personality and a narcissist from across a crowded party.
If you have a minute, click over and let me know what you think! Have a great day. Thanks, Steph

Congrats on the Psych Today gig!
I absolutely loved the blog over there today. I’m in my own transition, so I suppose you could say that I’m in the middle of the jello bowl.

Loved the piece in Psychology Today. I’m particularly touched by your reader comments over there….it is obvious that your train of thought is very much on target for so many. The new forum for your (wonderful) writing will help you reach, inspire and intrigue so many more people….PhD be damned!
